Flu Community Immunisation Clinic, Slough – Saturday 14th December 2019
CHANGES TO THE DAY
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the immunisation team are no longer able to use their mobile clinic facility this Saturday 14th December 2019. However, the immunisation team will continue to be available within the planned sites at The Centre and Tesco Express whereby they can be available to answer any questions regarding childhood flu and other immunisations. Drop in’s will be redirected to the immunisation team at Fir Tree House, Upton Hospital, Slough where they will be asked to sit and wait. Flu clinic appointments can also be made for January 2020.
*All pre-booked flu appointments have now been moved to Fir Tree House, Upton Hospital, Slough and correspondence has been sent to notify parents of this change who have booked appointments*
