ASD Parent Support Group ‘Tea with TAG’ hosted by The Autism Group will take place on Tuesday 6th February from 10-11.30am at school
Dear Parents,
We would like to invite you to our ASD Parent Support Group ‘Tea with TAG’ Tuesday 6th February from 10am-11.30am.
The sessions will be run by The Autism Group, (https://www.theautismgroup.org.uk/) a charity with a wealth of experience who are here to help. The lead facilitating practitioners are highly experienced and are also parents of young people with autism.
The aim of this group is to share your experiences, talk about strategies, have a chat with other parents, or perhaps just sit and listen if this feels more comfortable to you. We want you to know that you are not alone and that there are other parents experiencing similar issues.
Matrix Advocacy, Specialist Service in Slough will join the session to talk about parents’ rights and how to use them, how make their voice heard and make informed decisions.
