(Teachers Main Pay Scale £25,543 - £37,152 per annum, plus SEN (lower) allowance of £2,149 per annum is payable on appointment. The full SEN allowance of £4,242 per annum is payable following the acquisition of a post-graduate qualification in the field (supported by the school), the completion of two years in post at Arbour Vale or significant SEN experience.)
