Location: Arbour Vale School, Farnham Road, Slough, SL2 3AE Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days per week, Term Time only plus 2 weeks

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive confidential administrative service to the school to support the development of pupils with severe learning difficulties with profound and multiple needs.

Main duties will include maintaining records for school meals, providing regular reports and to liaise with the school meals contractor.

Person Specification

The post holder will be computer literate with a good knowledge of word for the production of correspondence, and the use of spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for dealing with pupils, parents, relatives, teachers and local authority staff. The ability to work on own and prioritise, and to meet tight deadlines is essential.
