Literacy Workshop Feedback

On Friday 14th October 2022, Arbour Vale Staff hosted a Literacy workshop for parents and carers. Those who attended were able to explore different levels of learning and took away with them some ideas of what can be done at home to make learning fun! If you missed the training, please have a look at the PowerPoint presentation (link below) that was shared with parents on the day.

Feedback from parents was positive. Parents were asked what was the most useful part of the workshop. Below are some of their replies.

“Understanding the importance of incorporating fun in teaching”

“Seeing the new phonics scheme and understanding how it is taught”

“Getting the knowledge of the Post 16 Asdan programme’’
