Worries or concerns

If you have a concern, please first talk to your child’s teacher. If this is not possible or your concern is not resolved, your child’s phase leader is the next point of contact, they are listed below:

Julie Foot – Early Years and Primary Phase Lead

Sarah Brooks – Secondary Phase Lead

Robert Stephenson – Post 16 Phase Lead

Alternatively, the school office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm; you may speak to the office manager, Julia Copeland. If the issue is still not resolved then please make an appointment to see the Principal, Mr Neil Sykes or the Associate Principal, Mr Don Blaylock. The office staff will be able to arrange an appointment for you at a mutually agreeable time.

Our Designated Safeguarding Team is able to help with all safeguarding and medical queries:

Michelle Healy-Wallis – Student Wellbeing Lead

Lucy-Ann White – Student Wellbeing Manager

If you wish to make a formal complaint in writing, please address to the Principal or Associate Principal who will follow the school’s complaints policy in detail. You can find our Complaints Policy & Procedure on our Policies page under the Key Information tab.
