Racehorse visits Arbour Vale

By Fiona Wilkins - October 15th, 2024 | Posted in Article

Earlier this term, Arbour Vale School had a visit from a racehorse as part of National Racehorse Week. The Community Outreach Team from Ascot Racecourse brought Side Glance, their equine ambassador, to Arbour Vale for an afternoon.

The pupils were able to meet Side Glance up close and find out more about him from the Ascot team. This was an amazing experience for everyone. The visit was a fantastic addition to the school’s STEM and Careers Education provision.
