STEM Launch

July saw the  launch of our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) curriculum initiative. All pupils across the school took part in a STEM project, in which they had to design a future mode of transport which can be used to transport people to a summer holiday destination. An amazing array of vehicles was created by the classes. We held a two day exhibition where classes were able to view all the projects created by everyone in the school. In addition, each class also made a video presentation about their project. The thought, effort and creativity which went into the projects was absolutely amazing. This has set the standard for STEM moving forward into the next academic year.
