Wild Science Brings Reptiles to Arbour Vale School

Students at Arbour Vale School recently enjoyed a special visit from Robbie at Wild Science, bringing their science learning to life with an exciting reptile experience.

Over the past few weeks, students have been learning about reptiles during their science lessons. The visit gave them the opportunity to see some of the animals they had been studying up close and learn more about how they live and behave.

Robbie introduced students to a range of reptiles, including three different types of snake. Learners were especially interested to meet a seven-month-old Boa Constrictor and a Royal Python. Students also had the chance to see a Bearded Dragon and a Spotted Gecko.

Classes attended the sessions in small groups, where they learnt more about what the reptiles eat, the habitats they live in and how they interact with the world around them. Students were fully engaged throughout the experience.

The sessions provided a fantastic hands-on learning opportunity and helped students build confidence while exploring a topic they had already been studying in class.

A big thank you to Robbie and Wild Science for such an engaging and memorable visit.
