Workshop in Urdu
With the help of our partner charity Parenting Special Children, we are offering a ‘Time out for Special Needs’ course in Urdu so that families can experience learning new things in their own language and gain maximum benefit from course content.
Professionals, who also have children with Special Educational Needs, will deliver the training. They will be sharing their knowledge as well as their own parenting experiences and discussing how they overcame obstacles.
This course will help parents to manage their child’s behaviours at home and how to help them cope with feelings, boost self-esteem and improve wellbeing in relation to the whole family as well as strategies to improve sleep.
This face-to-face course will take place over 7 weeks, at Arbour Vale School. In order to gain maximum benefit, families should aim to attend all seven sessions.
